You must read and agree to the match rules and the Terms and conditions set out by UKfives on this page before you register your team. Once you have read the below documents press the ok button at the bottom of the page to go through to the team registration form. by pressing ok you state that you have read and agree to the UKfives match rules and the UKFives terms and conditions.
Match Rules--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

UKfives is governed by the FA rules ofthe game and has the full support of the FA in any amendments or additional rules which UKfives feel will improve the quality or safety of the play and the discipline ofthe players.
Normal FA small sided rules apply (see www.theFA.com)with the additions and adjustments below:
• Each game will last 36 minutes, 18 minutes each way(rolling clock)
• Players can wear moulded boots
• NO jewellery to be worn whilst playing
• NO violent/abusive/aggressive behaviour will be tolerated
• Shin pads and long socks MUST be worn
• Any player believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will NOT be allowed to play
• NO slide tackles or intentional sliding to gain possession (only Goalkeepers are allowed to slide within their area)
• Throw inns and keeper throw outs MUST be underarm and under waist height
• You MUST pass backwards from kick off
• Keeper MAY leave their area
• Players MAY enter either area
• Keepers may NOT kick from hand
• Keepers MAY handle ANY back pass
• Over head height IS allowed
• Substitutes MAY ONLY ENTER and LEA YE pitch area from their own goal line once the ball is out of
play/stopped and the referee has been made fully aware
• Penalties and Free Kicks may only be taken with a 1 step run-up
• All free kicks shall be direct - Players must allow 6 feet space between themselves and the ball for Throw inns, free kicks and corners. Should a player wish to take a quick throw or kick they may do so once the kick has been awarded (at the referee's discretion)
• If a game is abandoned, no points will be rewarded until the FA has heard the disciplinary report
• If a team fails to show for their fixture then the opposition will be rewarded 3 points but with a score 0-0, however, if the rewarded opposition play a friendly then their goals only count

Discipline

All cards and incidents WILL be reported to the FA by UKfives and the referees. As an FA affiliated team, players are bound to the FA discipline procedures a copy can be found on the FA's website www.hampshirefa.co.uk. 1Blue Card - Sin Bin for 4 Minutes & 2nd Blue card - will be an instant Red Card and the player in question will receive a ban by UKfives Instant Red card - Player will receive a ban by UKfives and a report will be made to the FA UKfives reserves the right to ban any team/individual if they feel the person(s) involved are a threat to the safety of
officials, players or staff.
UKfives is FA affiliated - any players banned by the FA are NOT eligible to play in Ukfives leagues or Tournaments - all player details are checked by FA. All Players must give their Name & Contact details to comply with FA regulations. Failure to give full/false details of any players may result in the FA taking action against the Team Captain/entire team. Team Captains will be contacted with regards to lengths of bans.

Terms & Conditions ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Your commitment: As Team Captain you have made a commitment to fulfil all your fixtures per season. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that your team is ready to play each week at the allocated times.
2. Late/no shows: The referee will start his watch when the match is due to kick off. No excuses will be accepted for late arrivals (We always recommend to arrive 15 minutes before kick oft). In the event that a team's official opposition does not attend the fixture UKfives will endeavour to arrange a friendly match and the points and goals wi\l go to the team who did attend, if we cannot arrange a match there will be no charge and you will get 3-0 walk over win. Any team that
does not attend their fixture is liable for the FULL match fee.
3. Re-arrangement of matches: UKfives can't rearrange matches - once the fixtures have been issued this is final. If any team has any problem with any oftheir fixtures, the Team Captain must put in writing to UKfi,,·cs within 7 days of receiving the fixtures.
4. Withdrawing from the league: If any team wishes to withdraw from the league during the course of the season then they shall be liable for the cost of all their matches for the rest of the season. This must be put in writing. If the team wishing to withdraw can fmd a replacement team, then some of this fine may be waived. This will be at UKfins discretion and UKfins decision will be final.
5. No payments: If the local FA suspends a team it is up to the team in question to pay their fines direct to the FA. This isn't an excuse to pull out of the league & fines will continue to amass as per the rules. Any team that doesn't show for a game will still be entitled to payfor the full match. If any penalty invoices need to be issued by UKfiHS then an administration charge will be added of 15% on the total amount owed. If a cheque payment is returned by the bank then UKfives will have the right to charge a £2.00 fee on top of the original amount owed.
6. Foul Play: If a game is abandoned during play due to the actions of players/teams the offending team will be liable for both teams match fees, will automatically lose the game 10-0 and may be subject to further sanctions. If a team has 4 players the match will KO on schedule, if a team is reduced to 3 players through red card dismissals the match will be abandoned. And points will be awarded to the other team.
7. Changing the manager: Any team wishing to change their Captain will be required to do so by writing to UKfives. This request must be dated and accompanied by the signatures of both the Former and New Captain, along with confirmation that the new manager, along with confirmation that the new manager will accept responsibility to fulfil and pay for all fixtures as required and agree to abide by the rules of the competition.
8. LosslDamage/lnjuries: UKfives doesn't take any responsibility for any lost/damaged properties or injuries (Ukfives always recommend any items are the owner/s responsibility and the appropriate protective equipment to be worn at all
times).
9. Postponed Matches by UKfives: If any fixtures need to be postponed for any reasons not relating to UKfives fault then the fees will carry over to when the match is rescheduled.
10. Registration: Teams can register up to 14 players, however, only up to 8 team members will be active during the matches.
11. Complaints: UKfives will answer all complaints quickly and thoroughly as possible, in order for us to act please notify a member of staff explaining the reason of complaint in writing/email. League Co-ordinators and Referee's may not act on or discuss complaints, rules issues, and match incidents on site with any players or teams, they wiJI only clarify simple issues and relay your query to the discipline team. This will enable UKfi"'es to run friendly and professional leagues by respecting these rules and allowing us the time to deal with your complaint appropriately.
12. End of season: Once the season is over, we will require an updated form for the next season should you wish to continue. If we do not receive the updated form, and you have agreed to play, then this form will still be deemed legally binding. This is a rolling contract. The only way this contract can be terminated is at the end of the season in writing to UKfives, verbally is not acceptable.
13. Pictures: All team members will allow UKtives or any 3rd Party to take pictures if required.
